MJ Lee Biography / Wiki

MJ Lee is a South Korean-born American political correspondent for CNN. She is currently working as a Senior White House correspondent for the network. She has previously worked for Politico. Lee started working as a web producer at Politico a few months after graduating. After working on the breaking news desk for a year, she became a finance reporter in 2012. She began working at CNN in 2014. Since joining CNN, she has covered both the Trump and Clinton campaigns in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, as well as the impact of the Me Too movement on Capitol Hill, including the accusations against former U.S. Representative Blake Farenthold (R-TX), former White House aide and staff secretary Rob Porter, and ousted U.S. Senator Al Franken (D-MN), all of whom resigned from their positions due to allegations of sexual misconduct.
