She began working at Credit Suisse in 1997 and worked in hedge fund sales there for six years. She became the most productive credit derivatives salesperson in the US while working as a vice president at Credit Suisse First Boston. Ruhle began working at Deutsche Bank in 2003 as a credit sales representative for hedge funds.
