Steve Doocy is an American television host, conservative political commentator, and author currently working as co-host of FOX News Channel’s (FNC) FOX & Friends (weekdays 6-9 AM/ET) alongside Ainsley Earhardt, Brian Kilmeade and Lawrence Jones. He joined FNC in 1996 as a weather reporter and was named to the FOX and Friends role in 1998.
Before joining FNC, Doocy presented Wake Up America on NBC’s then-cable network America’s Talking, co-anchored WCBS-TV’s Early Morning Newscast in New York, and served as anchor of FOX’s children’s newsmagazine, Not Just News. From 1989 to 1990, he also presented House Party, a nationally syndicated show on NBC. In Washington, DC, he started as a feature reporter for WRC-TV (NBC).
