Nick Gregory is an American meteorologist and pilot. He is the chief meteorologist for WNYW in New York City. His first weather forecast for WNYW aired on December 26, 1986. He worked as the morning meteorologist for CNN in Atlanta, Georgia, before joining FOX 5 News. Before CNN, he served as a meteorologist for WTLV-Channel 12 (ABC) in Jacksonville, Florida.
Throughout his career, Gregory has received numerous accolades. He served as Chairman of the “Board of Broadcast Meteorology” of the American Meteorological Society in 1992. The “New York Post” and the “Daily News” have named him the most accurate weather forecaster in New York City, and he has been awarded the AMS Seal of Approval for Excellence in Television Weathercasting.
